From architecture to handover
I combine domain knowledge, engineering judgement and AI orchestration to deliver production-ready systems. I take end-to-end responsibility, from the first architecture decision through implementation and handover to the people who run the software.

I start by understanding how your business actually operates. Together, we decide what should stay, what creates unnecessary friction and where custom software can help. I use standard products where they are the right fit, and build custom tools only where your requirements call for them.
